CHALLENGE

In February 2020, Evolve Pro Solutions reached out to I’M NOT MAD AT YOU to address family dynamic issues that were disrupting company culture and preventing Evolve Pro Solutions from reaching their full potential as an odor elimination and cleaning solutions supplier. Over the first thirty days of working with the company, I’M NOT MAD at you was able to identify three key challenges:

As Evolve Pro Solutions handled the intense period of COVID-19 supply needs, I’M NOT MAD AT YOU concomitantly developed strategies, operational efficiencies, and opportunities to expand the business dramatically. Through strategic restructuring, I’M NOT MAD AT YOU alleviated unnecessary tasks for every position in the company, increasing efficiency and freeing up Evolve Pro Solutions to answer ever-increasing demand, as well as provide time to spend on the vision of the company.

I’M NOT MAD AT YOU met continuously with Evolve Pro Solutions to provide CEO Soundboarding and compile Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every position in the company, increasing efficiency in daily operations and simplifying workflows. In the midst of COVID-19, I’M NOT MAD AT YOU assisted Evolve Pro Solutions through a 350% increase in revenue over a 90-day period, and detailed additional opportunities for a total increase of 1,000% revenue over the next 18-24 months.
